This Privacy Policy explains how US Core LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Unified Seller Point platform (the "Service").

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email, password (stored hashed), and two-factor settings.
Connected-platform data — via OAuth, with your explicit authorization: your listings, inventory, and orders, used to operate your shops through the Service.
Content you add — products, images, contacts, and campaigns you create.
Usage & technical data — session cookies, IP address, and basic activity logs used for security and to operate the Service.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
To perform the actions you request on your connected shops.
To send you service and account communications.
To process payments through our payment processor.

How we handle connected-shop data

Connected-platform data is accessed only with your authorization and used solely to operate the authorized shop on your behalf. We do not scrape, sell, rent, redistribute, or share it with third parties, and we do not use it to build competitive-intelligence or market-research products. You can revoke access at any time from the connected platform or from within the Service.

Marketing to your contacts

Contacts you import or that are added from orders are stored for your customer-relationship use. We only send marketing emails to contacts marked as subscribed; buyers added from orders are stored as customers and are not emailed marketing unless they opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), each bound to protect it, and when required by law.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted storage of third-party access tokens, two-factor authentication, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymize it, unless retention is required by law.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and close your account. Contact us to exercise these rights.
