Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unified Seller Point platform (the "Service"), operated by US Core LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is a multi-channel listing, inventory and order-management tool that connects to third-party marketplaces and social platforms with your authorization. The Service is under active development and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and enable the security measures we require (including two-factor authentication). You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect a marketplace or social account, you authorize us to access and act on that account solely to provide the Service to you. You must comply with the terms of each connected platform. You are responsible for the content of your listings, posts and communications.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or any connected platform's terms.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk email; only email contacts who have consented to receive marketing from you.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to scrape, resell, or redistribute third-party data.

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from connected-platform outages, policy changes, or actions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
